Pūrotu Health & Wellness was founded by Moana Wakefield in 2012 and is based in Porirua.

Pūrotu Health & Wellness provide mobile personal training service and remedial massage service. Personal Training one on one sessions can be in your home, outdoors or at my home gym. ​ Remedial massage service is based out of Central Osteopathy clinic in Wellington.

Personal Training services include:

• One on one personal training in Porirua for increased energy, improved fitness, strength and movement. Personalised fitness training programmes that is provided in a private and relaxed personal training environment. This will help you gain confidence, overcome pain and enjoy an active daily life.

• Personal training for two people who can commit to 2 workouts a week over 12-weeks. Working out with a friend is a fun way to achieve your goals, keep each other accountable and inject a little competition.

• Small group training allows you to reach maximum results in minimum time. You will have a qualified personal trainer dedicated to you for your 45min session, helping you with technique, motivate you and modify exercises where needed. Join an existing group or ask about creating a custom group (Group Sizes 4-10).

Remedial massage seeks to address specific conditions, posture related issues, pain management, injury rehabilitation, or to relieve muscle tension. I provide massage therapy treatments designed to suit your needs. Whether you're recovering from an injury, after some much needed relaxation or wanting relief from chronic and persistent pain, helping you is our number one priority.

I am a REP's registered trainer. REP's operates a registration body for exercise professionals, exercise facilities and education providers in New Zealand and is the recognised standard to ensure safe and effective exercise advice. I am a fully qualified massage therapist with 17 years experience.
